FAQs
What is the camp refund policy?

If you need to cancel your player's registration for any reason prior to October 1, 2017, a cash/credit refund of 75% will be given for cancellations submitted in writing before October 1, 2017 OR we will issue you a camp credit for all fees paid, valid through 2017. All cancellations after October 1st are only eligible for a camp credit for a 2017/18 Academy of Excellence Soccer Camp/Clinic session. Refund requests submitted in writing following October 1st, 2017 for a 2017 Academy of Excellence Soccer Camp will only be considered if accompanied by a physician's note indicating that your player is unable to participate for medical reasons - this refund will only be provided in the form of a camp credit for a 2017/18 Academy of Excellence Soccer Camp/Clinic.

All requests for a refund/credit of any kind must be submitted in writing (Academy of Excellence, Women's Soccer, 1073 North Benson Road, Fairfield, CT 06824), email (aofesoccer@fairfield.edu) or fax (ATTN: Academy of Excellence: 203-354-4130) and will not be accepted over the telephone.
